Grand Hyatt Seoul has been selected as the official hotel for the world-renowned gastronomic event, ‘Asia’s 50 Best Restaurants 2025’.
Following last year, the event will be held in Seoul for the second consecutive year, bringing together top chefs and culinary experts from across Asia.
Through this event, Grand Hyatt Seoul aims to further strengthen its position as a global hub for fine dining culture.
To commemorate this occasion, Grand Hyatt Seoul will host a special dining event featuring world-renowned chefs and bartenders, presenting a unique fusion of gastronomy and artistry.
On Monday, March 24, Jay Khan, founder and bartender of COA (ranked #4 on Asia’s 50 Best Bars 2024) and The Savory Project (ranked #19), will showcase his innovative mixology style and creative cocktails.
With global culinary enthusiasts’ attention focused on this event, he will offer a one-night-only special cocktail experience at Paris Bar in Grand Hyatt Seoul.
Additionally, Michelin 2-starred KOAN from Copenhagen, led by Chef Baumann, will collaborate with Grand Hyatt Seoul’s TEPPAN chef to present an exclusive gastronomic experience.
The eight-course dinner, merging Baumann’s Nordic-Korean culinary philosophy with TEPPAN’s precise techniques, will be hosted in collaboration with the world-renowned whiskey brand Hibiki. This extraordinary dining event will be further elevated with a carefully curated wine pairing, ensuring a refined and sophisticated experience.
This event is not merely a meal but a “live culinary performance”, where chefs and bartenders will personally showcase their craftsmanship, offering a truly immersive experience.
Jay Khan’s guest shift at Paris Bar is scheduled to begin at 9 p.m. on March 24, while the collaboration dinner between TEPPAN and the Michelin 2-star restaurant will take place on March 26.
