Lotte Hotel Busan’s Chinese restaurant Dorim is serving a late spring tasting menu, available from May 1 to May 31, 2025.

Curated by the hotel’s head Chinese chef, the seasonal menu highlights a blend of Eastern and Western techniques using premium ingredients.

The lunch course (₩230,000) includes dishes such as soy sauce-marinated elephant clam, ginseng morel mushroom with XO sauce, black pork, abalone and Korean beef oxtail stew, and caviar inaniwa noodles.

The dinner course (₩280,000) adds a soy sauce lobster papillote.

Both menus conclude with Hong Kong-style fruit tang shui.

The meals are served at Dorim on the 43rd floor.
