The city of Busan and the Busan Tourism Organization will host the “Small Delicacies Excursion: Tasty Busan Dining” event on November 11 at Domoheon.

Celebrating the city’s recent recognition in the Michelin Guide Busan 2024, the event aims to bring locals and tourists together in Busan’s vibrant culinary scene.

Guests will experience a unique dining event that combines special menus from Michelin-recognized chefs and local favorites, creating a rich exploration of Busan’s culinary identity.

Top chefs, including Lee Kyu-jin from Ramsay and Jeon Ji-seong from Lets, alongside Chef Cho Soo-hwan of Le Dohe, will prepare their signature dishes.

The event will also spotlight Chef Hwang Chang-hwan from Shindo Market, a newly popular local restaurant known for its steak offerings. This collaboration provides a rare opportunity for guests to enjoy a variety of cuisine styles and specialties in one sitting.

In addition to the meal, the evening will feature a lively talk session where chefs will discuss their dishes and share insights on Busan’s evolving food culture.

Hosted by Park Jun-woo, famed runner-up of Master Chef Korea, this session promises to engage guests with behind-the-scenes culinary stories.

The city plans to make Tasty Busan Dining an annual event, promoting its goal to become a global culinary tourism destination.

This year’s tickets, released through Eventus, sold out within three minutes, reflecting strong interest in Busan’s food scene.
