The Pastry Boutique Patisserie and the Italian restaurant, Living Room, at Park Hyatt Busan are introducing limited-time exclusive menus in celebration of the upcoming Thanksgiving.
The Thanksgiving special menus include two offerings: the “Premium Roasted Turkey at Home,” available for takeout from the Patisserie on the first floor, and the “Special Dinner Buffet” at the Living Room, located on the 31st floor. These options allow guests to enjoy Thanksgiving either at home or in the restaurant.
The “Premium Roasted Turkey at Home” offers a hassle-free way to enjoy turkey, traditionally a tricky dish to prepare. The menu includes a juicy 5kg whole roasted turkey, served with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, and a special sauce, providing everything needed for a plentiful home celebration.
For those wishing to enjoy Thanksgiving in the elegant atmosphere of the hotel with attentive service, the “Special Dinner Buffet” at Living Room offers a diverse selection of appetizers and pumpkin soup to start.
As the main highlight, a chef will serve tender turkey carved to order at a live carving station, adding a touch of flair to the dining experience. The buffet also includes a variety of side dishes, such as lasagna, tomato penne pasta, and roasted baby potatoes with herb oil, along with a dessert selection featuring apple tart and pumpkin pie, making it a perfect autumn feast.
The “Premium Roasted Turkey at Home” will be available for purchase at Patisserie from November 25 to December 31, for KRW 250,000.
Pre-orders are required at least three days in advance, and the offer is available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The “Special Dinner Buffet” at Living Room will be available from 7:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. on November 28, priced at KRW 65,000 per adult (tax included).
