U.S Air Force Senior Airman Adam Goebel, 51st Logistics Readiness Squadron distribution operator, removes fuel from a U.S. Air Force C-17 Globemaster III at Osan Air Base, Republic of Korea, April 19, 2024. The 51st LRS conducted the first-ever wet-wing defuel operation at Osan AB. The operation allows the 51st Fighter Wing to ‘fight tonight’ by preparing for contingencies that require personnel to get fuel to aircraft.
