The 2025 Korea Garden Industry Expo will take place from June 13 to 22 in Chojeon Park, Jinju, Gyeongnam Province.

Hosted by Jinju City and organized by the Korea Forest Service and Gyeongnam Province, the 10-day event will showcase the future of Korea’s garden culture under the theme “Life with Gardens.”

The Expo will highlight practical garden solutions for modern living spaces such as apartment balconies, rooftops, and weekend farms. A key concept, “City in Gardens,” will present garden culture as an integral part of everyday life.

Exhibitions will span the full spectrum of the garden industry, including plant materials, garden technology, and space design.

Indoor and outdoor sections will feature a Plant Material Hall, Facility Material Hall, and a Special Exhibition Hall with themes such as stay-type rest areas and indoor gardens.

Six garden designers selected from the 2025 Korea Garden Show will create unique installations, while citizen-designed gardens will also be on display.

A purple flower path filled with seasonal wildflowers like hydrangeas, begonias, and verbena will offer visitors a vivid visual experience.

Academic events such as the International Garden Symposium, co-hosted with the National Arboretum, and the Moonlight Garden Talk Concert with garden experts, will explore trends and challenges in the industry.

The event is part of Jinju City’s broader vision to become a “garden city,” supported by ongoing projects including the development of a national garden at Wolasan, training programs for citizen gardeners, and the discovery of private gardens.
