Geochang-gun announced that the new Geochang Forest Sports Park will open on the 25th.

Located in Gaemyeong-ri, Goje-myeon, the park features facilities designed to blend seamlessly with nature.

Its centerpiece is the 133-meter-long Tree Tower, which includes a “right hand observatory” symbolizing the idea of capturing the energy of the Baekdudaegan in one hand.

From the tower, visitors can enjoy views of the Goje-myeon reservoir to the south and the seasonal splendor of Deogyusan Mountain to the north.

The park also offers themed accommodations that provide opportunities for experiences, lodging, and relaxation.

One highlight is the Forest House, an 8-meter-high, A-shaped structure designed to withstand heavy snowfall, featuring expansive glass windows for unobstructed views.

Additionally, the forest recreation center includes 10 rooms for five people each, suitable for events and training, while the auto camping site is set to attract those seeking a forest retreat.
