Kids’ cafés in South Korea offer a magical blend of play zones for kids and relaxing spaces for parents. Places like these are especially popular when weather conditions might affect outdoor activities. Your kids will enjoy playing in wide indoor spaces with a variety of fun and creative themes.

Funderland

Funderland is one of Daegu's most popular kid cafés, featuring large facilities and a variety of play areas. The wide play space can accommodate energetic kids of all sizes. Funderland offers exciting activities and diverse play zones, including VR games, big ball pools, large slides, trampolines and a lot more. The café ensures children never get bored, even after hours of play. Parents can enjoy food and drinks at the food court with great views of Suseonmot Lake while their kids play.

Extend play time up to two hours with food court purchases over 10,000 won or by adding the café in KakaoTalk. Parking is available at Suseong Hotel, but make sure to get a parking voucher from Funderland staff.

Champion

Champion is inside the Daegu Department Store Plaza and offers both play and sports zones for young children. With small soccer fields, basketball courts, a boxing ring and more, kids can play diverse sports safely. There are also a variety of unique and fun sports play zones, including a netted play area, rope climbing, and roller racing zone where young kids are encouraged to fully express their energy. The friendly staff provides a safe and enjoyable experience perfect for all children. The café is especially loved by parents as it allows them to shop comfortably while their kids are enjoying the activities.

You can park for free for up to three hours at the Daegu Department Store. Only children under 13 years old and under 150 cm in height are allowed to enter. Snacks such as cookies, beverages, and ice cream are available at the café, but meals are not sold. So, if you want to dine, it’s recommended to use the restaurants on the 1st and 11th floors of the department store.

Waggle Kid’s Play Lounge

Waggle Kid’s Play Lounge boasts large ball pools that captivate the attention of young children. There are also signature photo zones, allowing both children and parents to capture beautiful moments together. The café features various themed play areas such as a supermarket and kitchen to stimulate the imagination of young kids.

Also, there are other attractions for parents and children to enjoy together, including a tube sled slide, a thrilling racing park for riding carts, and an air gun shooting range.
