Namhae County will operate a weekend direct transaction market from mid-June to mid-August at its local food direct sales stores to boost consumption of local agricultural products and support farm income.

The market will run every Saturday and Sunday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. in the outdoor space of the Namhae Local Food Direct Sales Center.

Local farmers will sell fresh produce and regional specialties directly to consumers, eliminating intermediaries.

Key items include Namhae’s signature garlic, mini pumpkins, red potatoes, and various seasonal vegetables. Visitors can enjoy tasting events, and customers who purchase over a set amount will receive a small gift.

The lineup of farms and products may vary depending on the harvest schedule, weather, and other conditions. Weekend operations may be canceled in case of inclement weather.
