(Jinju City)
The daffodils at Jinju in the Forest of Wolasan are beginning to bloom, creating sweeping yellow landscapes that complement the serene atmosphere of the Moonlight Garden.
Despite a prolonged winter that delayed the blooming season nationwide, Wolasan is now ready to welcome visitors with an array of iconic spring flowers, including forsythia, azaleas, and cherry blossoms.
To mark the return of the season, a spring festival titled “Spring, Spring We Met Again, Exciting Spring” will be held on March 29 and 30.
The event will feature hands-on activities like spring-themed coloring books, stamp drawings, and face painting, as well as cultural performances designed to engage children.
The Forest of Wolasan has long been a beloved springtime destination in Jinju, and the festival offers a chance for families and visitors to enjoy nature, creativity, and community amid the blossoms.
