Changseon-myeon Administrative Welfare Center in Namhae announced that cosmos plants planted on vacant land near Changseon Nuri Town are in full bloom.

In mid-June of this year, members of the Changseon-myeon Residents’ Autonomy Association sowed cosmos on an unused lot (700㎡).
