Namhae County has enhanced the natural beauty of its famous fall foliage with the creation of a new forest path in Naesan, winding around the scenic Naesan Reservoir.
Developed along a national forest road designated as a “national forest” earlier this year, the path now features improved road surfaces and a newly installed observatory.
Stretching 4.5 km from Namhae Healing Forest Town to Suncheon Rock, this forest path is lined with vibrant autumn leaves, offering breathtaking views of the Naesan Reservoir.
To make the experience accessible to all ages, an electric Ferris wheel operates along this route, allowing elderly visitors and children to enjoy the foliage comfortably.
Visitors reaching the Suncheon Rock Observatory can marvel at the picturesque views, where the vibrant autumn leaves reflect beautifully on the reservoir, creating a scene that resembles a watercolor painting.
