The luxury cruise ferry Panstar Miracle, operated by Panstar Group, will make its first international voyage since its launch, departing from Yeongilman Port in Pohang for a special 3-night, 4-day cruise to Japan’s west coast on June 5.

The cruise will visit Maizuru in Kyoto Prefecture and Sakaiminato in Tottori Prefecture, offering passengers guided tours of top attractions including Amanohashidate Viewland, Ine’s floating houses, Yushien Garden, Matsue Castle, and Mizuki Shigeru Road. Travelers will enjoy local cuisine and shopping at each port.

Onboard entertainment includes performances by trot singer Park Jin, the trio ‘Real Plays,’ a singing contest, a casino event, a masquerade ball, and a DJ party.

The Panstar Miracle is Korea’s first domestically built cruise ship, a 22,000-ton vessel with five-star amenities such as balcony rooms, an outdoor pool, spa, duty-free shop, and kids’ club.

It typically runs routes between Busan and Osaka but will now operate seasonal cruises from Yeongilman Port at least four times a year under a new agreement with Pohang City to boost local tourism and job creation.
