The popular fitness event, “Exercise at Seoul Plaza,” has resumed every Thursday evening from 7:30 p.m. until November 7.

The program, which ran successfully earlier this year, attracting over 5,100 participants, offers a variety of exercise activities like yoga, Zumba, rhythmic gymnastics, and cheerleading.

The event is designed to encourage all citizens to enjoy fitness in the heart of the city.

Programs include “Main Exercise” sessions, “Seoul Plaza Exercise King” challenges, personalized workout plans, and “New Sports Experiences” such as obstacle bowling.

The September 12 session will be held at Gwanghwamun Square due to maintenance at Seoul Plaza.

Participation is free, and both pre-registration and on-site registration are available.
