Korea’s signature horror attraction, Ghost Park Shadow, opened on August 1 at Hapcheon Video Theme Park, running until August 17.
Operating nightly from 6 pm to 11:30 pm, this year’s event featured upgraded horror content and a wider variety of programs compared to last year.
The venue was divided into four themed zones — Shadow Zone, Hunter Zone, Meteorite Zone, and Moonlight Zone — where visitors could freely explore walk-through horror attractions, take part in interactive events, and watch live horror performances for an eerie, immersive experience.
Guests also had the chance to rent ghost costumes, apply special makeup to transform themselves, and use admission coins to join various activities, events, or exchange for souvenirs, adding extra fun and rewards to the night.
In addition, Lumina night content was piloted at the Cheong Wa Dae Set and Bonsai Park throughout August, offering visitors a peaceful and scenic night view to unwind after the intense scares, showcasing a unique blend of thrill and calm on summer nights.
